Our Heritage
It started at a small wooden table in 1974.
Marco Rossi arrived in Boston with nothing but his mother's recipe box and a dream of feeding the neighborhood. What began as a four-table storefront has grown into a generational gathering place.
Today, Marco's grandchildren still hand-roll the garganelli every morning, honoring the same techniques that defined our kitchen fifty years ago. We believe in slow food, loud conversation, and the magic of a shared meal.
